How does this coffee brand differs from others

We are one of the first coffee brands which have subscription option.

How does it work?

By buying our subscription, you can forget about buying coffee, and worrying about it running out. We offer two types of subscription.

1. "Classics" - you chose a certain type of coffee and get it every month.

2. "Adventure" - we send you new flavors of coffee every month based on your preferences.

How does it work?

We offer 3 different types of subscription. You can pay for a subscription, and enjoy your favorite coffee in our coffee shops.

1. "Americano" - buying this subscription, you are allowed to drink americano and espresso only. To buy any other drink you have to pay additional fee.

2. "Capuccino" - this subscription allows you buy capuccino. To buy any other drink you have to pay additional fee.

3. "Experiment"- this subscription allows you to buy any drink from our menu without any additional fees.

Age: 26-30 years old

Established professionals and freelancers who have an interest in coffee culture and it’s quality. Many are office workers seeking a coffee in a lunchtime ofyen are users of the subcription "Coffee to go", while freelancers often prefer calm, authentic coffee spaces where they can focus on work.

This group usually sticks to the black coffee, often choosing an Americano for its simplicity. They appreciate the ritual of coffee and frequently buy coffee beans to brew at home, exploring different roasts and origins.

"Parents"

Age: 31-45 years old

 

Parents of young children who crave a moment for themselves and a quality coffee experience. They value a cozy atmosphere but do not have an opportunity to visit coffee shops regularly.

Despite not being able to visit coffee shops frequently, they enjoy brewing good quality coffee at home and appreciate the convenience of a subscription service for coffee beans. This group relies on our coffee subscription to ensure they always have fresh beans, making it easy to enjoy their favorite coffee without the need to remember to reorder.

"Enjoyers"

Age: 46-65

 

Clients with stable job and grown up kids. They usually come to a shop to get coffee before work and buy some beans for brewing coffee.

This group enjoys good coffee and appreciate new technologies. Enjoyers like quick service because of busy life style, that's why they are active users of our "Coffee to go" subscription.

"Americano Loyalists"

Age: 26-30 years old

Young adults, mostly student, who have a interest in coffee culture and unique coffee shops. This group often seeks comfortable, welcoming spaces to study, socialize, or take a break from daily routines.

They are new to the coffee world, favoring approachable options like lattes and iced lattes, depending on the season. For them, coffee is as much about flavor as it is about emotions. They appreciate a cozy, quiet atmosphere with free Wi-Fi and plenty of seating, ideal for exam preparation, group projects, or casual meetings.

Target audience

To better understand my target audience, I’ve created four distinct segments united by a shared love and passion for coffee culture. While each segment is drawn to coffee shops, they have different motivations for visiting. This segmentation will make ad targeting easier, allowing for more personalised and effective marketing strategies for each group.

Distribution strategy and sales channels:

Multichannel distribution will be the most optimal option for the store. The production will be sold in: online store, offline cafe and app. With this strategy, we will increase our reach and reach more customers. The Online store will attract customers from all over. country, as the offline cafe will attract local customers. Also, this strategy will minimize fluctuations in demand and technical problems if one of the sales channels encounters difficulties. This strategy can help in building a strong brand, customers are inclined to trust brands with multiple sales channels.

1. Coffee shop

In the cafe, customers will be able to directly buy coffee beans that we offer in the offline store, as well as enjoy coffee from the barista. We are going to make the place a climatic place, both for work and for meetings with friends.

2. Online store

At the beginning of the business will be the main sales channel for the business. It will be a place where customers can conveniently and seamlessly purchase products, including various types of coffee beans, blends, coffee brewing accessories, as well as other coffee-related products such as cups or grinders. The online store will provide customers with convenient shopping that they can do from anywhere and at any time of the day or night. After placing an order, customers will be provided with fast and reliable delivery of the ordered products.

3. An app

This app will be directly related to the subscription. We offer two types of Subscriptions “coffee at home " and "coffee at home". This application will facilitate customers experience with our company.

Orange flavored coffee
It resembles Ethiopia, but with the aroma of Central America. It is dense and rich, fits perfectly with milk. The unique notes of oranges introduce a subtle fruity freshness that blends with the deep coffee base. Perfect for any time of the day, both solo and in the company of milk, which emphasizes its creamy structure and flavor complexity.

This drink is ideal for those who are looking for a new experience and enjoy every minute spent with a cup of delicious coffee.

This coffee, with cherry notes, is a real work of coffee art. Each cup has notes of ripe cherries meet with the rich aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans. The sweet but delicate acidity of the cherry perfectly complements the deep and rich taste of the coffee, creating a unique and unique flavor combination. Promotional strategy

Social media (Instagram) -  this channel will be used not for sales, but for promotion. Thanks to this channel, we will inform customers about news, discounts, new venues, opening hours changes, promotions, etc. It will be a channel of communication with the client.

Email marketing — in order to inform our customers about news, changes, changes to the regulations, the occasion of the holidays, we will use postal marketing. Therefore, we will prepare newsletters and send them to customers from our database.

Google ADS - advertising campaigns using coffee-related keywords such as" coffee beans"," buy coffee online","flavoured coffee", "coffee shop", "good coffee", "specialty coffee", etc.

Loyalty Program — in our case it will be a subscription, and also our customers will be able to collect points for which in the future they will be able to drink coffee in our premises for free.

A targeted ad will be used on Instagram. Here are some examples

Instagram was chosen as the main platform for promotion, because of its ease of use and the ability to reach more customers.

1. Target setting. This target group was named “coffee lovers", as the target countries we chose Łódź, not all of Poland, for the reason that our post promoted our cafe in Łódź. These will be people aged 18-65 years with any gender restrictions.

2. Also some topics of interest were identified to the target group, in the photo below you can see what topics have been chosen. As a budget, we set 20 PLN (4GBP) a day. Which is the most optimal option. This is a new company with a small budget budget. Even with the price change up or down, the range did not change significantly.
